President and founder Bruce Nyblod began building his precision cut, hand crafted boats in 1975. Bruce achieved his design knowledge through his experience commercial fishing the rigorous waters of Southwest Alaska, particularly Bristol Bay, beginning at age 15. It was this experience as a commercial fisherman, combined with his innate eye for quality and detail that landed Bruce the capability to not only thrive but excel in his craftsmanship and production of aluminum vessels.

Built for commercial duty, Bruce’s boats had to be dependable, functional and above all safe, which are the precise characteristics you will find in each and every one of his hand crafted boats today. In 1980, Bruce formed All Points Marine Inc. and began production on the first of many aluminum crafted gillnet vessels. Within a few short years these boats became highly sought after for their unparalleled durability, speed, and functionality.

The reputation of All Points Marine quickly spread and Bruce was being approached by several individuals and companies to take the same top quality design and craftmanship work as his commericial fishing vessels and also produce vessels on a smaller scale. In continuing the success’s found in commercial fishing the company was expanded to include production of boats for sport fishing, pleasure, and charter service by forming Cold Water Boats. Once again quickly propelling his company to the forefront of the aluminum pleasure craft market.
